I recently broke down and purchased the wonderful North American AT-6 Texan from A2A Simulations, and was wondering if a very special repaint could be done for it. This is the AT-6 that has been housed at the Vintage Flying Museum since long before I began my stint there. It was built for the Royal New Zealand Air Force and delivered to New Zealand in 1944, as part of a batch of about 50 aircraft. It served as a trainer from then until the formation of the Red Checkers Aerobatic Team in 1967. It flew in these colors (which it still bears) with the team until 1973, when a fuel crisis forced the team to temporarily disband. I can get better pictures the next time I am at the museum.
