Rarewings Lockheed Vega Starliner

I have been rediscovering the late rarewings Lockheed Vega Starliner,
As their site went out of business, I only have the twin tailed version.

In case someone would still have a copy of the single tail Vega Starliner ? I'm considering it as my next project (or queue it to my current ones )

Well, no precise idea from now, but it was well ahead of his time, back in the late 30's.
Could have been a serious competitor for the post-war bonanzas and cie...many what if in mind.

In those days a light twin could be an airliner for the big airlines. Planes like the Twin Beech and the Lockheed 10 and 12 wore many liveries we now think of on much bigger planes. Also, in those days many corporate aircraft wore distinctive company colors and markings, rather than the mostly white factory colors we mostly see today.

I have never seen the single tail variant of the Vega Starliner. I have the twin tailed version and it is an excellent model, even by todays standards. One of the first that I know of to have backlit gauges in the cockpit. It still gets airtime, a superb compliment to Milton's Spartan Executive.
