    Beech Staggerwing

I was just thinking that the Beech Staggerwing is probably one of the nicest looking aircraft.
Is there any really good ones out there that is really great for us? It could be a great 'sister' for the Spartan.

    Regards,
    Robin

I know of three FS9 or FS9-capable Staggerwings.

SimTech and Lago both released payware Staggerwings, both on wheels and the Lago also on floats. Both are nice models with VCs. The SimTech one was later released as freeware, and the tag in the zip file tells me that my copy came from Avsim. I don't know if the Lago models can still be found anywhere, or if they were ever released as freeware. (I got my copy direct from the modeler as thanks for helping him with a paint job.)

    Paul Clawson made a
freeware Staggerwing. It's also a nice model, but it's old and has no VC. Paul's models can usually be found at AvSim and/or FlightSim.

The Lago and Clawson models were FS2002 models but they both work in FS9 (i.e., no missing props or other animations.)

The FS9 SimTech Beech Staggerwing over at Flightsim, here: https://www.flightsim.com/vbfs/fslib...1321584&page=2

This appears to be the float version. Like Mick said, it's an older model but still very nice, and lots of repaints too.

    Simtech payware,

    $2 or more.

Tom updated his simtech version, changed his company name, blah blah.

If you want the Lago version search for 'Roaring Thirties' on Amazon, ebay, etc. Found it second hand for £30ish on Amazon in UK.

Thanks, I forgot about the Roaring Thirties..
    Much appreciated.

Wish: Imagine if Milton & team did one...

Wow! I forgot about the float version of the SimTech model, which is lurking, forgotten, in my hangar!

And I never saw most of those repaints at FlightSim.

I have some skins to install!
