    boulev2

    Good Morning,

I'm looking for the source of a cfs1 object called "boulev2". Is this embedded in a larger download? As it seems to be part of the Paris scenery I have looked for an upgrade for cfs1 city objects but drew a blank there. Any ideas?

    Question Reply...

    Michael,

I checked Allen's objects and it is not included in them. Could it possibly be associated with Robert John's magazines?

I'll have another look in my "RJS" folder which includes all the magazine files. A search through the folder yesterday yielded 0 but it may be part of a zip.

I have put together the DP and bgl files, thinking that the object should now be added to the Flanders Pack. The BMP is a little more of a mystery. I looked through the inf/texture folder but nothing looked like the "boulev". I looked in the TEXTURE folder for BMPs used for Paris in cfs1. It appears to be part of a parkland texture (which makes more sense given the name).

Still getting over a dose of Flu so not much work on CFS2 for the past week. I can post the files I have in this thread if that helps.

Well, that means it should be added to the Flanders Pack. Thanks for the info Allen.

If your looking for basic but usable (destroyable) CFS1 objects for CFS2 my pack here has them http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforum...5&linkid=18571. This is meant to replace the CFS1 objects that came with CFS2 and add the missing objects back. Doesn't include CFS1 ships as CFS2 already has them and static aircraft* as it would be better to use planes from the AIRCRAFT folder as static objects.

*Me262 and Me163 where static aircraft only and are in the pack.

Thanks Allen. I'm really looking for the origin of the boulev2 object used in my Bruges gsl.

Attached are the files for boulev2. The BMP from TEXTURE is my best guess!

If the texture is right than it is part of the Arch De Triumph from CFS1. The Arch De Triumph and Louvre Museum models are missing from stock CFS2. The boulev2 seem to have the Arch De Triumph and the road up to it removed...

That looks right but boulev2, as it sits in the Bruges scenery, seems to be scaled down.
