    AVRO 621 VH-AGH.zip

    A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category P3D / P4D Add-Ons - Jankees Civilian

Description: This folder contains a repaint for the AVRO 621 by Nigel Richards. As far as I could find, no AVRO 621 were ever exported to Australia, but several AVRO 649 Cadets were. VH-AGH was originally delivered to the RAAF in the second batch of Cadets during 1938-9. Initially it served with 1FTS, Point Cook, but it moved to Camden with CFS in 1941. Disposed of after the war, becoming VH-AGH on 16 July 1945 & eventually ending up in the hands of Sid Marshall at Bankstown who flew it in the paint scheme of this repaint. The aircraft is still airworthy, being beautifully restored in a RAAF camouflage paint scheme in April 2008.

Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paint kit by Nigel Richards.

Actually we found only one 621 went to Australia, registered VH-UOL, flown by Charles Ulm (of Southern Cross fame)

There's only one partial picture of it on the web, but you can see it has early cowl and gear.
