Fake Snakes!

The 'Cobra Owners Club' seem to be very organised, while they parked in a nice neat row all the GT40R's were just slotted into any vacant space.
They do look very smart just the same.



This is about half of the Cobras, I couldn't get far enough away to get all in one shot and even this one had to be 'iced'.
A good day was had by all and both groups are planning another similar day out.

Safety regulations .............
At least the cell in our GT40 replicas is not visible.
Not a fan of the 427 Cobra at all, never have been.
If (and I mean 'IF') I were ever to attempt a replica Cobra build I'd prefer to go for a 289 Mk.3, IMHO the very best combination of grunt and suspension packed in the best looking snake.



Mine. She's been de-tuned (as in one Holley instead of four Webbers) for smoother road performance.
