Icon9 Aren't we a little quiet here, folks?

    Hey guys.

Would y'all mind making some noise in the threads for Captain Kurt (Team Daedalus) and UncleTgt? I mean, we just had two major releases of top-quality aircraft, and you can hear crickets chirping.

I know my CFS2 friends can do better...

It's because I was completely knocked down by these releases. But you're absolutely right, Rami!

The Bf-109's look great, but i don't have CFS2-ETO up and running yet. Still working on the PTO. Taking a lot of my free time just to get the PTO where i want it for the time being. Taking it slow as i've been away for a number of years. Been into CFS3 and IL-2 so much i forgot how much fun CFS2 was. You think it is slow here you ought to check out the CFS3 side. It's all very technical stuff. Way above my head! Can't wait to get started with the the ETO install of CFS2 as there are lots of things here that are missing in CFS3. Into Russian aircraft too and there are plenty to choose from. Only IL-2 '46 compares in this regard. Looking forward to growing in knowledge of all things CFS2 related and here is the place to do just that. Thanks,Scott

downloaded them last night and then went to bed. Just started to install them now. They are looking terrific! Thank you to all those involved in the creation/recreation of these masterpieces.

Your outrage is well founded Rami. We here in the CFS2 world need to thank our colleagues when they contribute something for us, for free. And if you can, try it out and give some feedback...... in the main tread.

Sorry mates... I don't have CFS2 up and running, but I still fly FS9 and I gave kudos to "The Team" in that forum.

    Greg,

It's not outrage, but I felt it was worth mentioning.

Rami, I don't run CFS2 but I've found the aircraft work well in FSX and are a welcome addition there. The supercharger's howl is a nice touch, too. Only hex with them is a new VC panel is needed. Absent that they are fantastic, highly detailed plus not something you find frequently. Very much appreciated here.

Didn't even see the news about the B17s (Shessi) or the Sikorsky S-42B Clipper (Uncletgt) until very early yesterday morning. Downloaded them.

Haven't unzipped or loaded them into the game yet. But am very excited about doing so!

I've finally got around to putting together the Gilbert Islands pack. Sometime in the next few days it will be in the can and ready to roll.

The Gilberts release thread will include screenshots featuring these latest two contributions from UT and Shessi.

    Thanks guys!

    Chris,

It was initially the views to responses ratio that irked me. I understand that sometimes, you can't respond at that moment, but it was getting a little ridiculous.

Keep in mind that search engine bots (as well as all sort of other bots) count as "views" but will never answer a thread...

This, and some people (like me) only have a short amount of free time during the working week, barely enough to quickly browse a forum like this one, and will only take the time to answer when the week-end arrives.
