Looking for facility "boue237". It is for an older mission "IFR B-25 Raid on Boulogne Factory". It is a Goal Facility.

That sounds more like a gsl ID than a facility name which is usually the first 3 columns in tne gsl.

What program do you use to open the gsl.LIB file?
You don't need to open the gsl.lib, just the csv excel/spreadsheet file which will have all the gsl entries. If you change anything you have to create a new .lib file through the global layer folder in the SDK folder.
