    new "60s" modified for a museum

    this car is pretty awesome,its an replica of a car driven in northern california.its to be displayed at a museum,but they have run it on the paved track .think it said stockton 99 speedway.

    grew up watching things like this one race at my local track,was less then a 1/16th of a mile i think from the house.i remember when the west capitol speedway cars would get up dated i was always excited to see the new monsters.now theyre all a like with those damned sprint tails. when those were first being run,the tail skin was the fuel tank,then they made them use a shell over it,and i think theyre back to straight tanks again.....wheeeeeee
