    Win 10 Explorer color setting

Other then the dark/light background color option for win 10 explorer, is their way to choose color of choice like I could in Win 7?

Right click desktop, click Personalize, click on Colors. There is a box with different colors or just below that you can use Custom Colors.
The Dark theme will still be used if you have it set, but the Task bar will be what ever you set the color too. Some websites also use the
Dark theme (like Youtube) but you need to change that in the settings of the Home page.

Found a video that demos a program (free) that will allow color changes to win10 explorer.
It's not too bad. In Win10, you only get two choices of colors white/dark -
Wish they would off kept the option to allow customization of win explorer like they did in
    the older versions.
