NT System Tools 4.0 consists of a suite of Windows utilities which are accessed in system tray. Released for 64-bit OS only.
A unique feature is a Taskbar Control which totally changes look and feel of taskbar. Included also is a Window Control to position and size windows via close button, context menus...
Display Adapter Configuration which displays information and saves display resolution presets, which can applied firing applications, along with a host of other utilities.
It's developed for Windows 7 x64, Taskbar Control will not work with Windows 10 x64, but all other utilities should.
Tray Icon Control should only be used for reference. Have not found a way to synchronize with Windows auto positioning. Utility was used to auto position tray icons prior to Vista.
NTSysTls.ini [Restart] HotKey=1659 default is Ctrl+Alt+F12. Disabled=0. It's one of two items that need manual INI editing to change. Restart.exe Hotkey restarts explorer.exe and NTSysTls in event of crash.
The other is [TransparencyControlConfig] entries. Numbered WindowClass? and WindowName? adds windows not displayed, or removes displayed windows in Transparency Control.
The folder with no name in application folder is used by/to add a taskbar toolbar, thus only displaying chevron button as seen in post images.
I'd be glad to answer any questions.
