    Hey guys.

I miss Stefano terribly...I had the treasure of spending about 36 hours with him, and he invited me into his home on the outskirts of Fidenza. We explored castles, as well as safe houses and Roman ruins in the Po River valley, and even visited a cheese factory, where I saw the process of making mozzarella cheese. We shared an entire bottle of wine over lunch...something that I won't forget.

I corresponding privately with Stefano many times while he was ailing, after the death of his beloved, I don't think he ever recovered. I pray that he is now comfortable in another place, and that he can rediscover his joy and passion, especially flying.

He was one of the good guys, to be certain.

Kelti was truly a one of a kind Italian.

While in Germany I was not able to get down to see him, but like Rami, he and I emailed back and forth often over those years in Europe.

Stefano was not only a great help here in the sim world, he was invaluable for advising me on places in Europe to take my family on holidays.

He is missed, yet alive in all the props and other creations here in our world of flight sims.

    RIP my friend.

    Icon9 Kelticheart legacy section...

    Good morning,

About four weeks ago, Fibber suggested to me privately about the possibility of creating a "legacy" library section for Kelticheart, as had been done for Akemi, Talon, and Usio. I didn't have time to do it then, because I was desperately trying to catch up on the semester following surgery. However, now that I am back on an even plane and had an opportunity to enjoy a break over Thanksgiving, I set up the category and transferred all of Stefano's (Kelticheart's) uploads to this section.

Between these four and Yashico, we've lost several pillars of CFS2, but their contributions have been preserved. Hopefully, I won't have to add any other names to this list in the near future.

Thanks Rami for saving Kelti's legacy. So we will remembering him for all the great things he did for us, some kind of "virtual statue".

Thank you Rami for immortalizing him in his own category. He deserves it. I can only hope when my time comes, CFS2 will still be around. Note: I don't plan to leave you folks any time soon!

I was very distressed to hear of Kelti's passing . Over the years he was always willing to answer my stupid questions with a great deal of sincerity and understanding . We probably only had 10-12 communications over the last 10 years but he was always helpful and kind.
Anyway , I thought i would start to fly the SM-82 Canguro but I'm suffering with KRAFT disease I can't find it .

The fact that you all have done a special area for his work is really outstanding !!!

    Bless you all

    Regards to all,

It saddens me to hear of Kelti's passing. He was a very kind soul, always willing to help. I haven't flown the Pacific Theater in a long time but back when I did, I used a lot of his "Prop Mods" on my planes. It was always a pleasure to chat with him in the forums.

Clear Calm Skies ahead my friend.

1150 RE- the SM-82, Kelti & MVG had a afalling out with Peperez over the 2D panel configuration, so in the end nothing was uploaded.

The conversion of F.Giuli's SM-82 does deserve to see the light of day. I have all the WIP files & email history, I need to spend some time reviewing to see if I can't configure a couple of upload options that would respect the various author's wishes. Not saying any time soon, but I will get to it...

    Sad

Sad, indeed. He was one of the hardcore CFS2 members when I was more active in the CFS2 community. We had a lot of conversations privately through emails talking about politics and other stuff. I miss him. Some of us are getting old since the haydays of Netwings/SOH and it puts things in perspective..

To all the veterans here at CSF2 I wish you a merry christmas. CFS2 goes on.
