    Eurofighter Typhoon

    Dear Warbird enthusiasts !
What's New ? What is new in the Warbird Library ? As you may see it in the library list (FSX/P3D), it is the Eurofighter Typhoon aircraft. The one of the most advanced fighter jet today. Instead of describing all of the bells and whistles of this outstanding aircraft, just look at this video which will be better describe it as 1000 words. Here is the link:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8lFcKJh7HII
If you download it from this site, PLS read the doc careful first !!!! This is not a install and fly aircraft ! So, take your time, read the doc , go step by step through the install procedure and you will get a new feeling of flying a highly advanced modern fighter aircaft.
Have fun and let me know of any kind of issues/problems.

    With best regards

    Dietmar

    Dietmar,

I like your model VERY much!

I am noticing a small problem with the afterburner effect, though..... Take a look, please?

    Am running P3DV4.3. Thanks, NC

    Hi Navy Chief,

I am in contact with one of my sim buddies who did some testing with his P3D system. We need to sort out which effect are the cause for this phenomenon.
Could you pls sent me a mail so we can go into some more detail in order to fix the problem. We can later on present our findings here in the forum to let
the members know about a potential solution. What do you think ?

Yes Dietmar, unfortunately whenever I've tried to fly it I've ended up with the sim freezing and then crashing to desktop, which is a little strange.

    Hi Ian,

indeed that is strange and should not happen. Try to use the panel option 2D or 3D (VC) only ( see page 8 of the doc) . Double check your installation
( see page 9 of the doc). Do you know what causes the CDT ? The CDT document should give you a hint. If you don't have it, I will here attach it
for you. It is a PDF file and can be downloaded from AVSIM also.
Let me know about your findings.

    HI NC,

I searched in the P3D forum and I found under this link this:

    https://www.prepar3d.com/forum/viewt...rburner+effect

So it is an difference betweenV2.4 and V2.3. Mainly look at page 2 of the thread above, where

the guy from P3D indicated a update for the next P3D release.
    Hope it helps.

    Hi Dietmar,

Thank you for researching that. Yes, hopefully the next P3D update/release will fix that! NC
