It does look very interesting and its a type of AC I don't yet have in the hanger, the description says it for FSX/P3D v1, any issues using it in V4?

I hesitated at first because of this, also. But like I read elsewhere before buying it, no issue that I can see. I installed it on another drive outside the P3D folder and all seems great.
