    Rami,

At least zipping in Wisconsin doesn't have gators in the waters below like here in Florida.

Never understood why the zipline companies down here put ziplines over gator infested water...

Too flat and too many gators down here in SW Louisiana to do that. We had to go to Arkansas to go zip lining.

    Good morning,

Hey guys, Flying home in a few hours on flight #2236, again on JetBlue. I should be back to Logan, if the flight is on time, about 9:15am EDT or so. Flights back east usually have some measure of a tailwind, so let's hope so. Nothing wrong, just tuckered out and ready to stop living out of a suitcase.

As typical when we are with my cousins, we packed one heck of a lot in.

07/14 - Flight to MSP, traveled to Wabasha, saw the National Eagle Center, went to Lark toys, and went to Slippery's tavern.
07/15 - Took my brother to tour the Leinenkugel's brewery, went to the Leinie Lodge, had lunch, then dinner at a good German restaurant in Hudson, WI with family. Saw a double rainbow too!
07/16 - Took my brother to the Crystal Caves in Spring Valley, WI. Traveled down to Rochester, MN during the evening for surgery.
07/17 - Testing day at the Mayo Clinic, dinner at the Canadian Honker in Rochester, MN.
    07/18 - Surgery day.
    07/19 - Recovery day with a follow-up appointment.
07/20 - Return day to Western Wisconsin in what seemed like a monsoon, then dinner with family at Famous Dave's BBQ in Woodbury, MN.
07/21 - Church, brunch at The Tavern in Woodbury, MN with more family, and Zip lining.
07/22 - Como Park Zoo during the afternoon after a slow morning.
07/23 - Road trip to Duluth, MN, lunch up by the lakefront, and then a return to Western Wisconsin through some sketchy back roads.
07/24 - Breakfast with family in Menomonie, WI, then a Twins game that night in Minneapolis, MN.
07/25 - Maintenance day during the morning and early afternoon, then dinner at our cousins' house.
07/26 - Travel day to Milwaukee, stopped at the House on the Rock in Spring Green, WI for a way-too-ambitious tour. About 400 miles of travel with one (me) driver.
07/27 - Visited The Mitchell Park Domes in Milwaukee, followed by an evening at German Fest.
07/28 - Brewers game and tailgate, with late-afternoon/evening drive from Milwaukee, WI (350 miles) to Minneapolis, MN. (Also just one driver, me)
07/29 - Mall of America in Bloomington, MN during the afternoon after a sleepy morning.
    07/30 - Flying home.

After this, I'll need a vacation from the vacation!

    Good morning,

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up on a couple of things.

    1) The semester is nearly over. All final reports are completed, one is submitted, the other will be sometime today. That just leaves one class on Monday evening and I'm free for six weeks. I'm already dusting off my Battle of France install and have been test-flying mission again. I want to get this SOB out for release ASAP.

    2) I am scheduled to have surgery at the Mayo Clinic on December 19th. I am hoping they put in the stents, but we won't know what they're going to do until after testing on the 18th. I'll be flying out the 17th, and be in Minnesota/Wisconsin until December 28th, so it will be a Christmas with the cousins.

Fortunately after I get back, classes don't start again until January 22nd, so I'll just have work and not have to pull double-duty for a little bit.

    Good morning,

Just wanted to put in some flight info....Tuesday morning's flight will be JetBlue Flight 835...BOS to MSP. Stated flight times are 06:45 EST to 09:08 CST. The flight out is typically longer because of going against the Jet Stream.

I'll probably post the return flight data on the 27th.

Best Wishes for the holidays Andrew - I'm sure the docs will take good care of you, just don't try too much too soon immediately afterwards.
