    CFS3 Luft46 add-on project poll - please vote

    hi to all Luft46 / what if airplane fans,
    since the projects as the Arado Ar 234 B-2 and/or BMW Flügelrad I V-1 are under finalisation,
    Ive updated the "Which airplane from the "WIP" section would you like to see released / finished first?" poll.

    the poll is available at the simhangar.nolimit.cz site main page.

    at the site you can check current add-on development status, screenshots and also links to the current airplane related SOH thread, to make a picture shows the stage... just visit the WIP section there.
    actual poll list:

    * Henschel Hs-132

    * Messerschmitt Me 264
    * Messerschmitt P.1108/II
    * Messerschmitt P.1110
    * Messerschmitt P.1112

    the poll results can change current project development priority.

    note: Bravo/4 offered to support such kind of project development. it means excellent skins / textures

    Good idea BorekS! I have cast my vote

    What I would really like though is a Heinkel HE100D!

    A Me-264 would be great. Next would be the Me P.1112 . That tops my list.Put my vote in. Wish i could vote for two though! Regards,Scott

    thank you guys

    the He 100D looks very interesting. found this one for WT and it seem some such was for FS series made.

    for the Me 264 Ive tried to create the "common" 3d canopy frame test yesterday, instead of the alpha channel based texture paint solution. test success. it would make the whole skin texturing a lot more simpler for future development.

    yes, the easiest WIP finalisation addepts would be the airplanes getting the stock CFS3 virtual cockpits, which is the Me P.1110 and P.1112 "mini project" case. it just needs bit better texture uv-mapping, animation parts... and done. in base

    i vote hs-132 so he can fly side by side with hs-126 and for the future development if possible i would like to see the little chubby junkers
    EF-128 so your komet have a new friend

  6. #6
    thank you

    the EF 128 flying cask seems was a gmax tutorial objectives by past, more about here. I think someone owns it.

    this aircraft also exists for CFS2. its probably not the source from the tut mentioned above. I noticed some pople converst planes through the MS sim platforms without gMax source, so maybe...

    Ive also found gmax source page where are available Ar 234, EF 128, He 100, Ju 287 models for download, but because of their level of quality its totally unusable stuff. they seems are just training model placeholders, never meant as any serious add-ons.

    Ankor deserves some sort of award for what he has done for cfs3.

    The Me-264 is the most plausible and most interesting project you have. Thank goodness that the Germans didn't put it in production at a earlier time. Could have made a difference in the war against Russia and Britain. Along with a really good long range escort fighter,(like the P-51). Could have been a turning point.

    wow, 20 votes for Me 264 now, what a sure poll lead!

    Ive chosen this four engined big boy propeller because of his/her sexy shape and partial similarity with B-29 amercian bomber. I love B-29. yet, there are Me 264 e-books presenting cockpit photos and it looks easy to do - in case you are happy enough how does look the actual, simplified Ar 234 virtual cockpit

    Well... umm, a new poll list item added, the Heinkel He 162. Scratch made.

    A He-162 would be most welcome. Especially one by you. The detail would be great with nice features too.That's got my vote! There are a couple but they are dated and could use some work. A scratch built one by you and your gang would be a great addition to CFS3.....and they really flew in combat missions.

    +1 HE-162..your work & team is really great mate !

    My hope that we can re-new this CFS3 with such good quality models and features by great modeller and skinner. And thanks for all ppl that involved in making such better planes,vehicles,missions,effects and all other stuff in our CFS3 community. Kudos to all of you guys !!

    thank you guys, I am really glad someone likes the CFS3 Luft46 stuff

    the He 162 is getting bit more priority now, because it is a simpler fighter project comparing to the actual Me 264 poll leader, for example, yet the Spatz (aka Volkjsager) really was active german jet, over 125 (minimally) was build.

    also, when talking about the Me 264 bomber, I am bit sad the another America bomber project, released public for testing, the CFS3 Horten XVIIIB, even with its working nuclear weapon feature, is a very very weak interest. the flight model support is wanted. as in the case of the Me 264, both are available for such tweaks a long time already, still no progress. thats what I prefer small jet fighter development.

    I vote for He100D . For me , the missing plane can win the war .

    Don't know why the Horten XVIII-B doesn't get the attention it deserves. A awesome bomber!!Nukes and all !! Wish someone with the right skills would tackle the flight model. Love the He-162 but also like all your Luft'46 stuff. There are a lot of people that most likely do,they just don't post like me. (i'm not shy). Don't be discouraged ,in time someone will help . Just keep the word out. A sticky thread on your projects and developments/updates would be cool. Ask the Admin. to make your new post a sticky and i'm sure they would help. Thanks for keeping things so dang interesting for CFS3!!! Regards,Scott

    I'm glad your working on the
    HE-162, an awesome jet which like you said, was active. Even scoring kills mid April '45. Very futuristic looking for its time. Love your luft46 stuff

    In the hands of a skilled pilot,the He-162 was deadly. It was easy to manufacture,for a jet, and could be produced in large numbers as shown by war's end. A excellent project. We need a really good one. Think the Go-229 is pretty well covered compared to your other Luft '46 stuff,IMO.

    glad you like the He 162 project announcement

    there would be possible to build the later production planned versions with other engines and/or wing shapes, still I am sure the real action most common A-2 variant should satisfy the major CFS3 group of ww2 jet fans

    btw, the differency between the He 162A-1 and He 162A-2 was just the nose cannon type, so easy to have both in one relase.
