    High Flier

Is there anything that will fly higher than the default F35 in P3D v 4.3. Seeing how high I can go. It's cool seeing the stars come out in the middle of the day.

I would think that the F-22 should get to 50K or better.

    SR-71 will definitely exceed that.
Striker, listen, and you listen close: flying a plane is no different than riding a bicycle, just a lot harder to put baseball cards in the spokes.

Got to 70 with the F35 but trying to see how high you can go with P3D. Maybe someday the sim will allow an orbit. :-)

Well I made it into space with the shuttle (freeware pitcure attached). Strange stuff happens up there and the sky is all black and full of stars. The altimeter topped off at 99,000 feet and while coming back there was a lot of shaking passing back through FL 99 (when the altimeter finally started to register again. On my descent I luckly passed through a thunderstorm and was above all the lightning, very weird. The picture is after I finally came to a stop at some airport in FL not far from Cape Canaveral where I launched from.

I was going to suggest one of the early Aerosoft Lightnings, but I don't think anything would beat the Shuttle.
