    Hey guys,

    First, all involved were okay.

Second, whoever fed her this line deserves an award.

Third, I guess the plane failed to reach 88mph?

    And finally, “capacitator?” Great Scott!

https://www.facebook.com/10000028337...1324838220275/ (Sorry, but I can't find a local feed of this, the version up on Fox 25's website was edited to avoid her embarrassment, evidently)

Gotta love local news...even poking fun at my hometown. Cranland airport is about eight miles away.

Too bad that link leads to a dead end now... Please tell me though that it wasn't a "flux capacitor!"

    N4gix,

That's exactly what it was, "He believed the issue was with a defective flux capacitator."

    Gman520,

Is that something you can fix with left-handed light bulbs and screwdrivers?

Don't think so, Rami... requires a full set of metric crescent wrenches. Of course, those same metric crescent wrenches would also fix the flux capacitator the reporter noted.

Never figured out how that Rockwell guy kept a straight face. That would definitely check out the Flux Capacitor though.

That gag is so old. I think the oldest one I've seen was around the fifties with the presenter describing a new Chrysler automatic transmission.

    Is right man LOL

That is some serious lack of fact checking. I would like to have heard the conversation after they found out they were fooled.
