Werneuchen WWII Luftwaffe airfield scenery for Fs9

    Hi Folks,
Just uploaded some updated scenery I've done, to go with the Ju88 night fighters. The original scenery for Fs9 was of a modern Werneuchen, so tweaked and added in vehicles, aircraft, aa guns etc to give it a bit more of an active WWII airfield. Also an easter egg....somewhere...see if you can find it?.....and no, there's no prize for finding it!

    Cheers

Thanks Shessi, will this version also work in Golden Wings? In other words will platform and taxi tracks be visible?

    Cheers,

That looks pretty darn good, Shessi. I have a whole heard of WWII German aircraft that would be right at home, operating from that airfield.

Excellent! A great place to fly hose Junkers and other Luftwaffe types.

    Thank you!

    Werneuchen correctif

    Hi Friends,

Just add into Werneuchen/scenery the file contained in the zip.
    than delete the file"sperre_werneu.bgl
    and the "Scenery.dat"
when you restart your fs the scene will have a new starting point in front of the hangars and an ils atrw 08 on 110.90 and an NDB on 342.0
yes the germans had blind landing systems and they used them
    Yours

Thank you Papi, much appreciated. Thanks also for the fine manuals included with the Ju-88s.

If you want to give Werneuchen some protection, don't forget the flak over Germany scenery that Brent "dogknot" Hricziscse put in the library back in 2010. It includes numerous flak sites, at least one near Berlin, not all that far from Werneuchen. Close enough for FS I guess...
