Almost finished - quite a pain to adjust these wing fairing red flash, but the result is worth taking the time.

Thank you so much L'iguane! When you first said you were revisiting the Bedes I was going to request this color scheme. You read my mind!
Any chance you can do the similar scheme on the prop?

    Hi Horus,
I might rework the propeller version also, I'm dreaming about the BD5-TP set up with a qantum small turboprop. Impressive range with performance slightly below the jet version.

So yes this paint might be done !

    Hello Roland
Im' glad you enjoy it !

I don't have FSX, so unable to test the glass texture, you can either choose to remove glass.bmp from texture folder or use any other FSX glass/canopy texture renaming it glass.bmp.

    Let me know

    A shiney Red Bull texture?
We can go on for ages like this.. Imagine..
USAF, Marines RAF, Red Arrows.... the list goes on.
I recall, years ago, there were many textures done for the LIC Christen Eagle II, & we had fun with those.

Some really good repainting here, L'iguane. Glad you're revisiting this ultimate pocket rocket. Am also one who loves the N502BD skins, always have.

Am not certain but it seems that this little flight simulation marvel has more repaints available than any other aircraft even before you began this recent refreshing of yours, certainly one of the most at the least. Have loved flying her on occasion for many years though one thing prevents me from flying her more: The sound sets. Both prop and jet sounds each have that regularly syncopated minor "catch" in them that gradually begins to wear on me. Have searched unsuccessfully many times for acceptable sound pack replacements but have always come up a bit short in realistically portraying close to her authentic sounds. Any ideas or suggestions towards this end, please?

    Hi Boxcar,

You may try any other single engine jet sound and see if that "syncopated" issue happen too. Let me know.
I suspect the sound.cfg to be defective so replacing the full sound directory should fix that.
No idea about a specific sound set to be used on it, any light jet sound might catch the light whistle of the TRS18.

Have tried many other sound files, back then and even more so lately. None of the others have that subtle-little syncopated (the proper word, thank you) "catch"/uneveness. The prop as well as the jet both have this. Did back then and still do now. The model has been downloaded from several FS websites to see if this problem could be remedied. So far it has not. Thought you might have a good idea of some more authentic-sounding prop and jet sound packs for this beauty. Sound files can make or break an otherwise great FS plane for me.
