During the recent fs expo I had the opportunity for a base tour. There is an area where x-eastern block hardware is kept. I believe it's called "the toy box". You could climb and touch everything.

Oh man, it must be quite impressive to sit in these Russian birds
I sure wish we had a "today's standard" Mig-23 for FSX/P3D... Wasn't Milviz working on that, by the way ?
The Mi-24 variants have been done by Nemeth, if I'm not mistaken. I's really like to give them a try with a VR helmet...
They also had a MiG 29 you could plop into. It was a quite snug fit for these old bones so I passed that one up.
I'd like to see a few more of your photos.

When I went to tactics school back in the late 80s, that was part of the curriculum. The instructors called it the "petting zoo."

The last picture you posted of the missile,...do you know if it's a Nike missile?

The missile is an SA-2 high altitude anti-aircraft missile!
Roasting in northern Cal right now. Have a few more photos I’ll post next week.
