    FSPilotshop

    I have submitted two support tickets to flightsim pilotshop and have had no reply except for the initial receipt of the support ticket notification.
    The first ticket was submitted on the 4th july.
    Does anyone have anyknowledge of any holidays or breakdown in service with this company.

    Here's my experience on install problems with the AH Bulldog (turned out to be a faulty file on their site). I logged a support ticket with FSPilotshop on 4th July and got an email back with a ticket reference and a link to the ticket status page. Nothing happened until 10th July when I checked the ticket page again and found the problem had been solved. It might be worth checking the status page if you haven't been back for a while - I didn't get any notice when the status changed.

    I can’t speak about July, but during the Xmas sales I had an issue with an item and sent them several messages of increasing frustration until well after the sale was over. But eventually the did respond and made things good.
