    Black&White.

Way back when I dabbled in 'RL Racing' I had plenty of opportunities to get into areas that the general public could not.
I always shot B&W because I could process it myself and it was cheap to buy film in bulk.
These are rather old and not that good but I thought I might as well inflict them on an unsuspecting audience!
FWIW the negs have been stored in an old cardboard container and are a bit scruffy............ actually very scruffy indeed!.

B&W is about the elements, the subject, without he distraction of color. The image focuses on the forms. Nice photos. I especially like the one with the car airborne. That was good timing. You couldn't afford to rip off a ten shot burst back then. At least, I couldn't. I can still remember my wife getting on my case for shooting too many slides of something.

Like you two, I cut my teeth on B&W. I had a Minolta SR-T101 SLR.

I like number 3 too, cracking timing! Ever try turning your digital stuff to B&W these days?

I do it frequently. Everything I shoot is in color. I then convert to monotone. Here are some examples.
