Messerschmitt Me P1091 projekt high altitude fighter for Fs9

    Hi Folks,
Manage to get Chris Lampard back into the sim-world, hurrah!!

He wanted to start with something different, and we came up with the Me P1091 project fighter. He's done a superb job, as usual, of an little unknown 'what-if' fighter, which was going to be the further development of the Me 109, along with a great tex.

Just uploaded, it's a high altitude interceptor/fighter which never made it off the drawing board.

Interesting looking version of the Bf-109, if it is at all. Looks like a completely different airframe altogether. Prolly still awaiting approval from the admins... I didn't see it in the library yet.

Sincere thanks to all involved with this. It's great to see new aircraft still being produced for FS2004.

A beautiful model from an ugly model, but very well done and a welcome addition to my large collection of Messeschmitts

    Thanks,

She wastes no time getting to altitudes, once airborne, pitch the prop, lean out the mixture and back off the throttle... the model just "sips" fuel. Another superb representation of German WWII Aviation history, even if the P1091 never made it off the drawing board. Thanks to all who worked hard to bring this odd looking bird to life in FS9.

Looks like some one put a Bf109 on a medieval stretching rack...

    Thanks Iggy,

But this one's all down to Chris , I just did the airfile/cfg and put it all together as a pack and uploaded. He's a great talent, so it's good to have him back in building sim stuff again.

    Cheers
