Almost as weird as the projected Supercar Series efforts, Ford want to run their Mustang (not enough head room for the spec roll cage!) and GM have 'gone off' the V6 Turbo Commodore, rumour has 'mentioned' the Camaro (same problem as the Ford and not generally sold here) while Nissan are saying very little except for smiling enigmatically when questioned about their 'Other' branded Turbo coupe.

They chose to put a coupe on this body, so yes it is their fault.

There is a reason for declining ticket sales and viewership of NASCAR races and now NASCAR is up for sale and this is just another nail in NASCAR's coffin.
My computer: ABS Gladiator Gaming PC featuring an Intel 10700F CPU, EVGA CLC-240 AIO cooler (dead fans replaced with Noctua fans), Asus Tuf Gaming B460M Plus motherboard, 16GB DDR4-3000 RAM, 1 TB NVMe SSD, EVGA RTX3070 FTW3 video card, dead EVGA 750 watt power supply replaced with Antec 900 watt PSU.

Not really because NASCAR designed the templates.....And the Camaro and Fusion show that coupe or sedan doesn't matter...

I blamed the Camaro as well for the same exact reason.

NASCAR designed their template as a sedan? Well, let put sedan decals on it. It could be as simple as that.

Would you put Ford Taurus decals on a Truck Series body?
