I'm really liking that freeware Hurricane too! Nice pics guys! I was just thinking back to my flying days and there were more days with haze than without pretty much all over the Continental US,Mexico and Central America.

The times I have flown on commercial flights, there always seemed to be a bit of haze, nothing really clear unless you were close to the ground.

Why does it take aftermarket devs to make X-Plane look this good ?, it should come looking this good.

You can make it look this good for free using HD World Scenery..even better if you add payware Ortho4x. We did the same thing in FSX but their freeware didn't do much for scenery.

It needs the skill of free- and payware developers to bring XP 11 to shine.
Laminar Research canīt do this all alone.

A beautiful sunset departure from EDDT was rewarded by a sim crash because of a buggy ground network at UUEE.
    XP is bloody touchy.

Look closely and you can see the sun's reflection on the nose cone.

The real sunset wasn't as colorful, but I can totally live with the overdramatic atmosphere in the simulator.

Sun reflection on displays. Hadn't seen that before.

I've tried FSX again this weekend and there's just so much missing. From the visual fidelity to the flight fidelity to small things like numpad-based quick views.

Umm Bjoern, Im digging those 737 Pics. IS that freeware Zibo?? Looks more tasty then the FSXSE Ifly 737 and good atmosphere from the lighting too. Im gonna have to DL it and try it, but Im having too much fun with the Freeware Falcon&X that came up Yesterday. I think Ive got XP11 in the Sweet Zone after 7 days and Beaver gnawing and Eagle ripping it to death lol.

BTW Eddie which P-38 is that? I'd be interested to see some more pictures of it. If its the one I think it is the advertising shots didn't really show it off to full advantage.

    Aye.

I don't have any comparison in MSFS, but from what I've read it's hand down the best virtual 737NG ever created for a flight simulator.
