G4M1 Betty Balance Tuning

Our new member BAS12 recently posed a G4M1 Betty with a revised skin in the Warbirds Library.

In looking at that model again I decided to fix the tail heaviness for hands free flight at 200 mph with a full fuel load.

In the aircraft.cfg file just edit these three lines to:

reference_datum_position = -2.30, 0, 0
empty_weight_CG_position = 0, 0.025, 0

pitch_stability = 2
