The PT-17, Kaydet, N2S. I don't think we'll be adding an airport but that could change

Man, they gave one of these away a few years back at EAA. Too bad (or perhaps luckily) I didn't have the winning ticket. Yours will be cheaper per flight hour anyway! (Funny this popped up as I was tooling around in the Mystery Ship this morning!)

I'm not sure if this is a stearman or not.. Been trying tro figure it out for a long time, but these early planes confuse me.. Thats my uncle in front of it..

    That's a Waco UPF-7 (PT-14), 1940ish. Looks like a Continental W-670...that'd be correct for the plane.

Awesome! Is this a complete new model, or a rebuild of the older FSX package?

This is a complete new build. I think the only re purposed parts are the windshield frames and main wheels.

It will include the 450 Pratt and 300 Lycoming, just not sure yet whether the release will be one huge package or multiple smaller ones like we did with the Great Lakes. We will be developing the N2S on floats and A crop duster.

oh that's the best news I've had in WEEKS !!
One of these days I'm going to have to learn how to do repaints in FSX, only because there are so many terrific paint schemes for the old PT's whether civilian or from their service record..
Thanks for the update, Paul - I can't wait to see them flying

One can't have too many Stearmans..

Most interested in the FDE... Dave Eckert’s was superb, the Vertigo one not bad... if she flies like a Bozendorfer I’m in!
