A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category Prepar 3D / P4D Add-Ons

Description: This FSX/P3D freeware scenery package attempts to represent Advanced Landing Ground B-3 near Sainte-Croix-sur-Mer, Normandy, France in 1944. Sainte-Croix-sur-Mer Airfield was a former World War II airfield, located 1 km northwest of Sainte-Croix-sur-Mer in the Normandy region, France. The airfield was located only 3.5 kilometers from the Normandy Gold landing beach. One of the major problems at ALG B-3 was dust. As such, I’ve attempted replicate that troublesome attribute for your pleasure. Be ready to dodge the occasional incoming mortar round. Easter eggs are included. Be sure to read the .pdf for hints. This scenery has been tested in FSXA, P3D V3 and V4. It looks best with ORBX Global and EU land class, however it will operate properly with FSX and P3D stock scenery. Don't forget to visit the red crash truck near "Tent City" (east side of field). Approaching closely to the crash truck will cause an audio effect to play.

Finally got a chance to fly from here, thanks for giving us some cross channel alg's to fly too, really like the dust effect, didn't realize that could be done, and the mortar rounds as well.

Thanks Ian, I'm glad you like the effects. The dust was difficult to nail down properly without it becoming overwhelming. Did you find the "Easter Eggs" (targets, Tiger Tanks and Sd.Kfz 8's)? Buzzing them within 300 ft will cause destruction. Watch out for the AAA (FLAK 38's).

You will need to read the pdf to find the location of the targets. When you get near them you will see 2 already burning targets. Then when you start taking AAA you are close.
