FSX:SE CTD Caused by Asus Sonic Solutions

Hey guys, I'm now having FSX crash because of SS2OSD.dll, which I believe is Asus's Sonic Solutions software. How can I fix this? It was event 1000 in the event viewer, and here's the log.

Everything I find on the web simply says don't run Sonic Studio. Kill the process and your crash will go away. It seems to be crashing a lot of Steam games.

What I found out is that you have to exit Sonic Studios through the Windows Tray. So far so good
