While all the above aircraft use the same basic airframe, there are differences in engines. Spitfire F.MkIX (Merlin 61, 63, 63A) LF.MkIX (Merlin 66, Merlin 66 +25lbs boost) and HF.MkIX (Merlin 70) aircraft are all represented.
Skins are based wherever possible on photographs rather than profiles, as we have found many profiles to range from pure fantasy to wildly inaccurate.
