Doesn't look too bad. Paint is blurry, but considering a port-over, I am not picky.
But look at the tires with the bluish tint? Any help with this? Also the canopy screens as well...
Oh, and bomb bay doors won't close. NC

The bluish colour on the tyres could indicate a missing texture.

No, the tire issue is something to do with the model. I see it when If fly the A-26 with any paints.
There's a full-on modern port of the B-26K in the works (see the topic in the FSX forum) and when I hit the tire issue I was just advised to wait a little bit for that one to release.
Looks like an incorrect alpha channel on the tyre texture causing it to be reflective. The blue colour is the tint from the sky, same as the cockpit glass.
If its a model problem (I have the same issues with it in V4) could someone identify it and see if Milton Shupe or someone on that team with the model would attempt to fix it? I'm still learning the modeling part of this business while I learn to code cockpits, so I wouldn't be able to take a stab at it for quite awhile.
The new version of the A-26A/B-26K is looking awesome, but fixing this B-26 would be outstanding as well.

Try replacing the "tiretread" texture with this one.
http://daveg.cbfsim.org/files/tiretread.dds
Must be a mdl material setting then. The texture works fine for me, but I can't remember if I tweaked the model as well, but I may have done.
they work fine for me as, I did my paint in v4 and the guy who requested it uses 3.4 and has no problems with the model
Uhm... that's the Havoc, right?

@Jeansy, that's the A-20 Havoc. It's awesome in P3D v.4.1. We're talking about the A-26 Invader. It's got the issues with mirror tires in P3D due to an alpha problem with the model.
If this is the original model or early FSX package, it could be that the tiretread.bmp is an 8-bit texture.
Try this dds/dxt1 texture attached.
EDIT: do you have DR turned on?
There us no blue in the glass textures or specs, do it appears DR is doing the glass that way.
@me, brain fart, it was about 4am and i was full of obituate painkillers and other stuff and couldn't lay down
yep totally agree its a completely aircraft, i cant say i can honestly comment what was going through my head, i guess it looked similar at the time of reading
heaven knows, heaven knows how i do repaints in this state
NC, can you post me a link to the version you downloaded? or, give me the name of one of the model folders, and the name and date from the .mdl file inside.
That will help me identify which of whose version you have, whether FS9 or FSX native.
If its FSX native, John Terrell has the source for that, and did not share that back with me.

Milton, and others, if there is a configuration change to make the aircraft run in P3D4 I would like to see if I can upgrade my invader as well.

Hi Doc,
I wish it were that simple; it would already be done.
I did this project back in 2007-08. It's been 10 years and having looked at it for possible conversion to FSX native and P3D, I did not think it was worth the time; maybe it is.
Just out of curiosity, can you give me one of the model folder names, the name of the .mdl file inside that folder, and the date on it.
Milton,
First off, thank you so much for your reply to my post (along with everyone else who has offered suggestions, files, etc....).
I turned off DR, but a weird reflection persists:
I downloaded the A-26 from the SOH Library and did install the FSX Conversion file indicated first.:
Douglas A-26C BC-733 for FSX Acceleration.zip
okay, I'll take a look at it.
EDIT: The link is for Gordon's paint (which is not the problem).
I need to know what models you have installed.
Installed the tire fix above in my installed invader which runs fine on FSXA and Prepard3D V3, and still got strange wheel shine...

Well, not surprised Guys, but it seems I cannot help you if you cannot help me.
I asked both of you for information to identify the models you have, and both of you in your responses failed to give me that info.
EDIT: You need to be running John "Bomber_12th" Terrell's FSX native conversion of my B-26. If you are not (meaning if you are running my original FS9 releases, modified), then the problem cannot be solved without at least some heavy MCX work to change material settings. You just need to wait for DaveQ and JensOle's updates.
I'm sorry Milton,
The only version I have is the one I downloaded off here with the FSX upgrade that went with it. I haven't ever had the FS9 version.
Jim
