3 years has passed since this was posted, the challenge to finish was great for my experience at the time, but I went head on and learned everything I could and now I feel like I can finish, not at Piglets level but leaving him comfortable to fly, when converting it turned into a lot of welded parts, but after a lot of work I separated it, added instrument windows, started a mapping of the interior that I could give to the VC

a lot of work ahead, I do it little by little and let's see what's ahead
English is not my native language, I ask your indulgence.
    Correct me, if you will.

I'm very happy to see this coming back to life. I had a lot of fun making up 2D panels (open to interpretation) so I could fly it.

I can finish the Virtual Cockpit, but if anyone wants to help I will be grateful, I need someone to position the instruments, and someone who colors the textures of the interior, that would advance the project

I was also trying to lay instruments in the VC I had no luck. I did get permission from Milton Shupe to use the gauges from his plane though. (That way the plane would have era appropriate instruments.) If you have at least one instrument set in the VC instrument panel and one in the F.E. panel I would be able to (and be happy to) try and map the rest now that you have it set up with something the instruments can rest on.

    Sorry, no.
I "borrowed" from a number of different aircraft to get what I believed the panels looked like. She only flies on my PC.

How about just the bitmaps.....it'd be a doddle for me to set up gauges....I've done and uploaded many 2d panels over the years....

    Lightbulb YB-49 Pilots manual

A nice, clean copy of the YB-49 pilots manual.
Lots of photos and drawings about systems and instruments that would apply to XB-35.

Thanks for the offer. This may be the same manual as mentioned in message #80.
Definitely looking for a better copy with clear, sharp photos and drawings.
