Anybody have the Long Island Classics Tri-gear L16? I think it was released as a beta but Im not sure. It looks like a fun plane to bop around in.

I had bought it several years ago; comes in several variations. I have several hours in 7AC's and I think they did a very good job with the product.
A lot of fun to fly and quite accurate, especially since it is a little dated now.
I had no idea it was a for sale item, I thought it was freeware like all of their other releases. Where did you purchase it?

That ?
I am not so sure but I think that was freeware beta- I was tester but was never finished and or released

The beta was originally made available to everyone. Unfortunately the link is now dead. I've searched high and low for this file but cannot find it anywhere.

On the Wayback Machine; found an entry dated 27 Jan 2008; to the effect the beta had been released to the 'Champ Camp' here at SOH.
IIRC members of that group included Cazzie; Obio ; Pointy31 ; Brian Gladden to name but a few.
It appears Cazzie hasn't posted since Sept 2017 , and Pointy31 passed away ; a forum search here might help identifying others... and a few other candidates in this thread may have a copy ...

Bill Lyon's Tri-Pacer is a readily available aircraft of that era if you really need to scratch that itch.

I have a copy of the Tri Champ. Someone e-mailed me a copy a couple years back. Let me know who I can send it or upload it to. There are a couple of nice repaints in the SOH library.
