Would any talented painter like to take on a quick project for me?
I'm currently in training for my PPL and fly this C172 out of our local airport. I'd like to have it in sim as well. Any takers?
Thanks in advance.

I could be persuaded to give it a go... unless someone else does it first of course...
Last July I did my first repaint of this bird, which also had stripes running the length of the fuselage:

Having got this right once doing it again for Red River Aviation should be a lot easier. The upturn of the stripes on the base of the tail could be a PITA though...

Thank you Andy. You've been the only responder, despite many looks.
I appreciate your interest and look forward to seeing what you can do.
Cheers,

Hi Jeff,
A quick WIP shot for you. There is actually still quite a bit to fix, but the general "look" is getting there.
Are there any markings at all on the upper/under-sides of the wings and elevators??? If so, more photos please!

Andy,
That looks fantastic.
As for the rest, no Sir. She's plain white on the stabs and wings.
Thank you very much!

Here you go Jeff! Download from the link below. I'll also post it to flightsim.com and post the link on the A2A forums.
As predicted the upturned stripe on the tail was a PITA, but surprisingly so was the registration. All worthwhile in the end though!
