    Try this driver models pack:

Discovered this to be rather evil around the old Watkins Glen, I think I hit everything except the Safety Car!

Quite the opposite, one the best of the 911 renditions around.

Had an entertaining Gr.C race, there were other cars but the Porsches dominated, in my case drove hard, came last!

Looks like you found the same 'collection' of Formula 5000s that I did Ferry, some good, some nasty.
The same person who bundled them up under 'Formula 500CI' (500 cubic inches!) has a mixed bag of 'Interserie' and 'Can Am' cars which is odd, along with some really average pre-F1 Grand Prix cars.(Some good, some REALLY nasty!)
I weeded out the mediocre subjects but I've mislaid my Alfa 159!
Both the others I've found are very average (weird driver view in one, ridiculously low ride height and same size rubber front and rear in the other!), so I'll be very happy if I can be directed to where the last Alfa (below) we downloaded is.

This Ferrari 555 'Squalo' is an unusual choice but quite reasonable, at least it's contemporary with the Lancia D50.

I've already binned the F500CI mod; shame as there are some nice models included but they should've left it an F5000 mod.
The Alfa 158 I found at Assettopedia here :https://assettopedia.forumfree.it/?t=76450646

The 911 GT is a lovely car, once you get used to the lack of ABS and TC. The Radical is fun, but the steering feels perhaps a bit too direct, almost like an F1 car!

Thank's Ferry, I should have thought to look there, Italian cars etc!

So far my classic Grand Prix collection has been hit and miss, some are really good but some are just plain rubbish.
I found a couple of first generation Ferraris that simply refuse to load, but while the BRM v16 is average in looks (and sound) it drives as expected, power ON, power OFF, nothing between.
Sad that so many of the AC modders just think adding huge gobs of power is the way to go, but I guess that is the present day mindset.
I have been comparing 'F500ci' with the other 'F5000' mod, aside from working through and correcting all the descriptions I've been attempting to sort out the power outputs, making some progress but it's a (slow) learning experience.
That Radical......it seemed to drive like a Kart on steroids, at least on anything less than billiard table smooth!
And yes, the steering was the reason I bounced off everything first time out.
Real Porsches are more fun without ABS and TC, even if they try to kill you.
Try the new Mini Cooper that's up on RD, drove it round the Brands Hatch long track and couldn't stop smiling, terrific mod.

Thank you again for the Alfa link, hope the heat isn't getting at you and if you can, enjoy Spa, I'm really looking forward to the race.

And a PS: During our last stay in Yemen the temp regularly hit 50+ C. Now that was hot.

Found the Mini but haven't had the chance to try because of the heat. We broke the national record twice and had two days of 40+ degrees here. Too hot to even think about any activities!
Maybe it will cool down enough today to give it a try later on. I love seeing the little Mini's racing the Lotus Cortina's, Galaxies and Falcons around Zandvoort. Only six more weeks until the next Historic Grand Prix there!

    I caught the rally bug!
Tried out a couple of commercial stage add-ons (some excellent, some not so) and have discovered a lack of good cars!
I'll persist with a few more SIM TRAXX efforts, I really don't mind paying for their wares, even if they seem to be 'early access'.

These are good, even the suspension rates feel realistic.

Unfortunately the gearshift lag in this little sucker is horrid! Tried manual with clutch, manual with auto clutch and full auto, nothing solved the lag!

Hairy AC Stock Audi, power ON, power OFF!

On the Loch Arden(?) gravel stage the Alpine was 'interesting', quite fierce in fact.

The Abarth Ritmo from Assopedia is one of the better add ons, oddly so as I can't get their Cosworths to even show up!

Another Audi from the Rally lot on Farcebook, a really good one as well, not quite as fierce as the AC version but lots of suspension movement which feels realistic.

Might end up buying the newest WRC sim........
