Has any one done shockwave lights for the Lockheed L18 Lodestar ?
I've been mucking around with the light cfg but I'm not having much joy.
Thanks,
Pete.

Is this a payware Lodestar or freeware? I was looking at the Milton Shupe and team Lodestar and how the landing lights hit the ground even though the actual lights on the wing are pointing upward. Must be the angle of the bulb? Landing lights are called out in the model and it looks like a tough job trying to overlay the Shockwave effects.
Charlie Awaiting the new Microsoft Flight Sim and will eventually buy a new computer. Running a Chromebook for now!
It's for the Loadstar by Milton & Team.

I made a slight adjustment on your figures, but I found the top shockwave beacon light I was using (Fx_shockwave_beacon_h) didn't show for some reason. I changed that to a normal beacon and added some strobes to the wing tips and this is what I've come up with ....
[LIGHTS]
// types: 1=beacon, 2=strobe, 3=navigation, 4=cockpit, 5=landing, 6=Taxi, 7=Recognition, 8=Wing, 9=Logo, 10=Cabin
light.1 = 3, -34.500, 0.000, 3.340, fx_shockwave_navwhi_l //tail white nav
light.2 = 3, -34.500, 0.000, 3.093, fx_navred //tail white nav
light.3 = 3, -1.072, -32.710, 3.890, Fx_shockwave_navred //left wing
light.4 = 3, -1.072, 32.710, 3.870, Fx_shockwave_navgre //right wing
light.5 = 2, -6.151, 0.000, -3.550, Fx_shockwave_strobe //belly strobe
light.6 = 1, -27.020, 0.000, 5.700, Fx_shockwave_beacon //tail beacon _h
light.7 = 1, -6.200, 0.000, -6.800, Fx_shockwave_beacon_b //belly beacon
light.8 = 6, 3.100, -7.044, -4.480, fx_taxi_ju //left gear taxi light
light.9 = 6, 3.100, 7.044, -4.480, fx_taxi_ju //right gear taxi light
light.10 = 7, 15.700, 0.000, 0.055, fx_taxi_ju //Nose Warning Light
light.11 = 8, -0.367, -2.241, 4.186, fx_taxi_ju //left wing ice light
light.12 = 4, 4.00, 0.00, 3.80, Fx_shockwave_vclight
light.13 = 5, 1.00, -18.15, 0.750, fx_shockwave_landing_light.fx
light.14 = 5, 1.00, 18.15, 0.750, fx_shockwave_landing_light.fx
light.15 = 2, -1.90, -32.80, 3.890, Fx_shockwave_strobe //left wing
light.16 = 2, -1.90, 32.80, 3.890, Fx_shockwave_strobe //right wing
//light.17 = 10, -14.904, 1.342, 2.870, fx_cabinlites //right side
//light.18 = 10, -14.904, -1.342, 2.870, fx_cabinlites //left side
//light.19 = 10, -5.761, 0.000, 3.028, fx_cabinlites
Not sure of the reason for a white and red tail beacon. If the red is not supposed to be there then that can be changed.
This will give you something to work with anyway.
Pete
That's because they were that way on some (or perhaps all) at one point in the production:

Pete, do you have SWL installed in FSX-O or in FSX-SE? NC
My Shockwave lights are in FSX Steam.
Looking at the pic ( http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforum...l=1#post974022 ) I can see the lights 1 & 2 need to be swapped so you have red over white.
