Felipe Belalcazar Gloster Whittle quick project

    Hi fellows,
I have been playing a little with F. Belalcazar's Whittle, doing a bare metal scheme and playing with the mdl properties.

A few fictious liveries in mind, what if the Whittle / Pionneer would have been developped as a daytime fighter/trainer or choosed along the Vampire as a jet transition plane ? Assuming this, a number of foreign countries could have used it in the late 40's along with piston fighters.

    More to come !

    L'iguane,

very nice work as always, but I have a small additional question; which scenery is this in the back of last British livery?

    Thanks,
    Huub

    L'iguane,

    Great works as usual.

Where did Frank's jet get up-loaded to? Would love to stick your paints on its base model.

Felipe Belalcazar Gloster Whittle quick project

Hi L'Iguane. I downloaded and installed and had a lot of fun flying the new liveries, and they all look great!

There is something about J10081 that is really super cool looking, That is my favorite.

There's never been anyone like you doing this and making so thing out of what was left behind...interesting that I have this model and I..I I just didn't like how there's nothing that would shock me about its texture...it's blank to say the Least....good work

    Hi Darrenvox
Thanks a lot, this is appreciated

There are plenty of left behind models which would deserve a good texture refreshing. I'm just lacking enough time to rework them all !

    Cheers

    Hey L'iguane,

    The textures look great

For anybody who may be interested, OBIO created a CFS 2 conversion for this aircraft and AndyG43 released a set of updated FS 2004 FDE's. Both add-on's are available in the library.
