Making marker flares as vehicles.

I don't understand why the blue and gold Tow marker flares don't work. They are the same as the green and red m3d files which are basically generis m3ds I copied off another similar vehicle "flare". The gold and blue m3ds don't produce bdp files which is the give away, so the facilities don't work. I am pretty sure I have made the vehicle xdps correct. Any ideas?

The blue and gold Tow marker flares don't work because the .xml files are in fact.xdp files, rename them accordingly and they should work.
What are these flares needed for ?

Duh!! That what comes from rushing! I am going to use them for waypoint marking that BC Pathfinders did to direct the main BC groups.
