Great news...wondered why no one had done a good 314.

Can you direct me to their web site...did a search but only an expired site came up.

    Thanks.

I think one of the reasons there are so few 314 models is that all the aircraft were scrapped a long time ago and there are no pilots left to talk to who have experience flying it, so getting enough data to make a high quality model is difficult.

That link only goes to the news release from AirDailyX and I did not see any reference to a Web Page for Pilot's, so wondering if Pilot's has a web site. I did a search and found some discussions from 15 years ago on his first B314, with links to a web site...but the site was no longer in service (I think that's what it said as it was all in German). So wondering if Pilot's has a Web Site I can follow on the development of this aircraft...don't want to miss when it's released.

Sorry...never mind. I looked at the link on my iPhone and did not see the web site on the banner on his table. Now looked at it on my PC and saw the web site. Hope this is soon and glad it's going to v4.

    Thanks.

I see Pilot's now has it listed on their Web Page...says ready by this fall. Some great screen shots.

I met Stefan and spoke with him at length while at FlightSimCon this year. He's a very nice gentleman!

Unless Mr. Nash has passed away in the last couple of years, there might be at least one of the original 314 Clipper pilots living nearby. I've run into, and talked to him at our local grass airstrip fly-in events, a couple of times.

He was flying Clippers out of Hawaii, when the war broke out, and finally retired flying 727's.
