No ATC in my latest reinstallation of V3.4

This is a new one for me. I've never had a problem with ATC in the past in either Sim (P3D or FSX), however now no keystroke or programmed button can raise ATC. Before anyone asks. . . .P3D_V3.4 was a complete reinstallation. "Everything" was uninstalled or deleted, registry was cleaned several times and defrags were done throughout the uninstall.

Sorry Falcon, do you mean the ATC window does not appear anymore ?
Could it be anything related to the settings of the sim ? Like some transparency setting or something like that ?

Exactly. . .No Window can be raised either with the default keystrokes or with any programmable buttons either on my CH Throttle or my Joystick. No sounds from other aircraft working with ATC. Ran Editvoicepack to update all ATC information. . .no change.

You don't need to install anything for the default ATC to work.
The fact that you can't see the ATC window is the first problem to focus on. Have you checked the key assignments ? Have you checked the options related to the ATC in the sim settings ?

Yep, one of the first things I checked. Based on the settings, ATC should be working.

Have you tried to delete the shaders from the ...appdata\LOCAL\... folder, as well as the P3D.cfg from the ...appdata\GLOBAL\... folder ?

What do the shaders have to do with ATC? There is no appdata\global\. . .do you mean "Roaming"? If so, yes I did that early on in this process.

Ah yes, sorry, I meant "Roaming", not "Global", you are right.
When it comes to the shaders, it's the first thing I try when something doesn't want to display.

I can't remember ED, are you running:

    Win7
    Win10
    FSUIPC
    EZDOK
    ChasePlane

Do you have the anomaly with all aircraft?
Example, aircraft with many panel view options can bork 3.4 ATC. PMDG has had issues.

I'm running P3D 3.4.22.19868 SimConnect 3.4.0 and had some anomalies with keystrokes but was able to sort it out.
Background: I did the full clean install on a new Hard Drive/Win10 OS.

    Hi Ed
I've been looking around the web to see if anyone else has experienced this problem and written about it. I found a few solutions but most involved re-installing the client and content portions and some pertained to earlier iterations of the Prepar3D.
I looked at my installation (fairly recent because of a computer meltdown and re-formatting) and I noticed that in the main program I have only one file - ATC.dll which seems to pertain directly to the ATC portion of the program. I've not heard of it turning up missing after an installation but I'm wondering if it's possible.
    Take care.

Running Win10 and registered version of FSUIPC. In P3D_V3.4.22.19868 (and only in this Sim, FSX is fine) I have no ATC of any kind, No window, No text, No Ident sounds, No chatter directed at other aircraft. . .Nothing. ATC does not exist in this environment despite the fact that every file necessary for it's function seems to be in place. This is problematic no matter what aircraft I fly.

Fixed....I did a repair of the Client and Content through the Control Panel.
