Is this the same one that was released some time ago?
New and improved, I hope....
beautiful screens
Ive just try'd it out,but im not sure. Had the original but i replaced my HD at Christmas and never redownloaded it,Is this the same one that was released some time ago?
It seems a little more refined, maybe a different paint, maybe not, The VC is really impressive, really clean and crisp gauge's. Its a bit of a rocket ship though, im barely wheels up and im getting an over-speed warning, 700kts without even trying but still a fine model, hoping for some repaints and an airfile tweak, i'll keep it in my hanger
cheers ian
Took her for a spin. This is the same aircraft we saw last February. She looks great but her flight dynamics are too fantastic. I easily got her up to 70k ft and went supersonic in a near vertical climb. Also achived 1200+ knots in level flight at FL10. She probably would go faster but that's when P3d said 'Airframe overstressed' and game over.
I don't think I will keep her in the hanger.
I posted some mods on this model in a previous thread about how to get the excessive acceleration under control as well as the excessive control moments as well. I will go ahead and re-post them here so new users can find them more easily:
In the aircraft config, either copy & paste replace these sections or edit the numbers as seen:

thanks for that...too pretty to throw away when adjustments are so easy

Glad to help! It's not comprehensive (which should be done within the airfile) but it works reasonably well.

Ever thought that these could be different sized drop tanks or napalm canisters?
Probably not, since assuming some general developer stupidity on an otherwise visually highly accurate model is just so much easier, isn't it?!
See the mentions here: http://forum.keypublishing.com/showt...-Gina-The-G-91
Being Italian I had the chance to see many time the real bird and also to read many articles about it ( Y version ) on italian aviation magazines, but I've never seen those kind of 'tanks' or whathever else they
could be.
I know nothing about the R version (Gina) wich was bought by Germany and Portugal and the link you have posted doesn't refer to the Yankee version built only for the Italian Air Force.
In conclusion... I like this digital replica and I appreciate the developer work, but those tanks ... Regards

Very nice, thank for the HU
I do have an odd bug though.
I'v installed to both FSX-SE and P3D 3.4. It works great in P3D both in 2D on the monitor and in VR (Rift) with P3D native VR or FlyInside.
In FSX it work great in 2D but in VR all I get is a black screen.
Very odd.
