    Is there a key or trick to turning it off and on assuming the allegiances are right?

    Jim,

    Make sure the "radio communication" box is checked when you're flying.

    Jim,

    When you are in the sim (actually flying in a mission) it's under the "Options" menu tab. (In order Flights, Aircraft, World, Options, Views, Wimgmen, CFO, Help)

    Sound Selector Allows you to switch between Piston, Jet or Helicopter sounds as the aircraft fly

    Thanks Rami and No Dice. You can tell that some of the features i have not searched out. Never noticed the radio communications in the options screen!
