I found this download and want to know how to install?

The file contains two dds. one of which has crew with lifejackets and one without ?

I presently would like to replace the dds.(with Lifejacks) with one without Lifejackets

Where do I put this file to make the change?

You will find them in the characters folder in the main game folder.Where did you find the file as i'm interested in this ?
