Baton is free at CYMT. Quite misty/foggy, and with no ILS I had to find it visually, so took two goes at the approach.

At cruise altitude, with 81 kts on the tail. The 'box' says an hour until descent and then another 15 to impact... errr... landing.

I suppose the Labrador weather will be at it's winter finest

Rob, take over. Snow storms here lost power just enough to screw up the flight, crash computer.

    Well, that was dismal...

100* wind shifts at 100kts on descent. Even a 30 knot buffer + speed brakes couldn't protect the aircraft from overstress

Baton is back at blustery BW-1 (BGBW)

    You lose.
Sim went 'click' and froze again.
Baton is passed... to whoever can handle it

Odd.. this comp. ran FSX fine until I hooked up the X-52 stick/throttle.. now it is unhappy

MORE pressure to get the new box set up and software loaded..

I thought about taking a jet, but I heard wind shift and though about that benign Tigercat. 1:17 at current speed.
