Iwo Jima-class amphibious assault ships

Different ship from a different Era. Same name, but that's about it.

There is a scenery package in the works ATM which will feature "nearly" the entire US Navy surface fleet.

LPH class is already retired so that won't be included, but you will have the LHA-6 America, LHD-1 Wasp Class (8 ships) and LPD-17 San Antonio Class (10 ships), along with LSD-41 Whidbey Island Class (8 ships) and LSD-49 Harpers Ferry Class (4 ships).

These will be partially animated, with rotating radars, working elevators (unfortunately nowhere to go below decks), and well decks that open and close (gauge operated). So get ready to drive your LCAC ashore...

More on this later as the project gets a little closer to being baked.
