OT; Secondary Monitor Hookup to a Laptop

    Hey guys,

A family member is trying to link a TV up to her Laptop. However, the Mouse isnt visible/useable in the TV screen, only on the Laptop.

Is there a way to make the TV active? My thoughts were to make the TV the number1 monitor, but it doesnt seem to be working for her.

    She has WinXP.

    Thanks for any input.

What vid card are you using?

And is it cloned or spanned?

She just called, got it working..

Evidently, it has to be in Safe Mode so that you can have access to the other monitor.

    :d

Thanks Mason anyways for your help.
