I'll log a request here... wondering if someone would like to take on one or more of the early USAAF Air Transport Command C-47s, from the days when they were still carrying their airline names and/or ATC insignia? They might appeal to airliner fans who've been called up for ATC service.
A couple of examples.

Did not know any of that history - thanks for sharing!
The history of 095 would make for a very nice package.
Hope someone with more talent than me will take inspiration.

I love it! I am a massive fan of your repaints, especially the A2A ones.
Would you consider doing a repaint for the RNZAF C-47 NZ3546? I can't find any for Manfred's C-47 V3, and I would really love to be able to fly a C-47 that I have actually been in.
If you would be able to, I would be really grateful!

Question: What files in the Textures of the MJ C-47 can be interchanged to swap the cockpit interior colors? I know there is a Black Cockpit texture, OD, and Brown. Are there any other colors out there??
Just a reminder that I've re-organised my site. The link to the ZK-DAK livery should now be:
https://www.nzfsim.org/liveries-repa...litary/#ZK-DAK
... or ...
https://www.nzfsim.org/liveries-repaints/
... for all my liveries.

Hello Adamski NZ
Still no luck, not sure why, my browser (firefox) returns it is an unknown link... (for both)
Slightly puzzling, still 'unknown', same firefox and i.e.
Maybe a government issue with NZ......
My last supposition is wrong, the T6 loads immediately!
Strange enough!
Hehe - not impossible, these days!
I did see (in the 404 log) an entry for "https://www.nzfsim.org/liveries-repa...litary/#ZK-DAK" - which looks like the link here was copied/pasted (and therefore abbreviated), rather than clicked on.
I just retreid both links (I also have Firefox). Both worked fine.
Let me know how you get on, in case there's a problem I still need to fix ;-)

Hello Adam,
Many thanks for your consideration.
I did clicked and tried again with nothing but the message:
'Impossible de se connecter au serveur à l’adresse mj_c47_zk_dak_v601.zip'
i.e. impossible to connect to server at the adress mj... (I guess that was not really necessary to translate)
And all others files I tried are downloaded like charms.
What looks bizarre in the message is that it says the adress is the name of the file...
Don't bother, I will try again in a few days and maybe then it will be ok!
Cheers
1,0000 apologies! For some reason, the internal link got messed up. No idea how or why - as it was downloading fine up until now.
Please try again! Click on the link below - don't copy and paste it, as the forum system appears to be shortening the displayed URL.

Many thanks Adam, all the best
Wow, what a plane, many thaks Adamski, feel free to make other repaints of the wonderful MJ-C47
A question for Adamski,
I see you are using v1.4, is there any specific reason why you do not use v1.5?
And again many thanks for your superb painting (4096 is impressive!)
Two new liveries for the C-47.
First is German Air Force CA+011, a VIP aircraft of the "Regierungsstaffel" (Government Squadron) at Cologne airport, later to become known as the "Flugbereitschaft".
Second is German Air Force 14+07, a TACAN calibrator of the German Flight Calibration Unit 4./ FmL/VsuRgt 61 (4th squadron radio communication and navigation training and test regiment 61) at Lechfeld Air Base. The aircraft was formerly registered as CA+012 (sistership of CA+011) and after its VIP career handed over for flight calibration work. It initially retained its VIP colors and cabin and only received the day glow orange calibrator stripes, a TACAN test console and the "Theo"-Cross on the nose (a reference point on the aircraft for the theodolite-observer on the ground). It was later painted in standard camouflage.
Both aircraft come with updated models by Manfred Jahn, representing the German Air Force version and featuring and openable pilot side window (LH side only), two ADF loop and two ADF sense antennas and the TACAN antenna installed under the nose. Textures are in 4096 x 4096 resolution and contain stencils based on original artwork by B. Lechner via M. Jahn.
Next to follow are an updated ILS calibrator (14+01) and an updated NASARR aircraft, the radar training aircraft for F-104 Starfighter crews. Still WIP.
Files should be uploaded within the next couple of days.
