    FSUIPC Work in SE

Is anyone running FSUIPC in the steam edition?

If so, is anyone running our HMS Bounty in SE?

    Thanks in advance.

I do use FSUIPC in FSX SE, but do not have the bounty in that hangar atm.

Can give that a try tomorrow morning if you'd like. Is there anything specific you are looking for?

Thank you Sir. I have a user that cannot get FSUIPC to run without crashes although it is unclear if the crash is when he is trying to use the Bounty. The FSX/FS9 sim-sensitive Bounty programming requires FSUIPC and I am hoping someone has it running successfully in the SE.

I have the payware version of FSUIPC running in FSX/SE with no issues. No problems with the install if I remember correctly either.

Okay, I tested FSUIPC and the HMS Bounty in FSX-SE the following way:

1: I loaded FSX-SE and departed from Yakutat KYAK in the Carenado C172, for which the axis are set up using my payware version of FSUIPC (latest!).

Then I closed FSX and added the HMS Bounty and it's effects files.

2: Started FSX-SE and loaded the HMS bounty at 2Y3.

I set wind direction and speed, raised anchor, lowered the sails and went on my way.

So, I had no problems what so ever.

I hope this was of use. Let me know if there is anything else I can assist with,

    Happy sailing,

    Manfred

Manfred, I am very appreciative of your time and efforts. I will pass this on to the user who is having issues. It at least clears up the question of whether SE supports the necessary requirements to run the Bounty. Thank you

    You are very welcome Milton.

It is nice to finally have the opportunity to do something in return for all the work you put in to our hobby.

And I am always happy to help where I can.

    Happy Flying,

    Manfred
