I can't imagine what it could be. I have that scenery package, and didn't have that problem at any of the airports. Maybe the F-11 has a smaller crash-box? Maybe I just landed off to one side? I don't know...

I left it turned off and it did it again in a late night test flight (VVNT to VVTS) in the Virtavia F4D Skyray.

I left it turned off and it did it again in a late night test flight (VVNT to VVTS) in the Virtavia F4D Skyray with all the extra stuff running in the background turned off. Got a few ideas to try this morning

Well, it seems that my FSX install apparently has the Saigon area as a "no fly zone". I've tried various aircraft both with and without add on scenery and when I start getting near Saigon, it crashes to desktop. It does the same if I start a flight there. A this point, I just can't finish the race. So, I'm gonna hop in my whatchachopper and just fly around for the rest of the event while avoiding Saigon.

That's really strange Willy. I've been trying to duplicate this, but no luck yet.

I'm thinking it's likely a FSX SE thing. Either that or the anti aircraft gunners have gotten really really good.

I think I'm finished (all boxes green on my race page) but no checkered flag. Did I enter something wrong?

The man will come along shortly with a chequered flag sticker. You will look at it and go 'Yay!'

    Ah, a good ol' cynic.

Now if that was Woodbridge, Suffolk, I'd take you up on that.

Rgr on "by the numbers" Jim! The only way to fly! BTW, those are some big chickens!

Probably unnecessary, but good to do...

Thanks to Paul for developing, organizing, and running such a terrific event.
